I found yellowish spots in arch ???
Yellowish white spots inside mouth in arch and in oropharynx, symmetrical History: I took amoxicillin 500 for decayed molar teeth incase of any infection. 2.10 days back I ate raw green grams which was soaked water for 2 days. 3. No symptoms, no pain while swallowing or any discomfort. 4. No fever. Bad habit: gutkha I stopped gutkha 2 months ago. I am inspecting my mouth daily from 2019 November. I got this spots exactly 10 days ago. Is this scamous cell carcinoma 😖😖🙄😟? No smoking habits or alcohol.

It’s may be encapsulated pus in the tonsil.or OSMF Don’t panic as there is no problem. Stop gutka permanently .
