You have Vit B12 and vit D deficiency, it's fairly common.
- Take vitamin B complex and vitamin D supplements
- don't carry heavy shoulder bag
- have foods rich in vitamin B i.e whole wheat, milk, eggs ,etc
- have foods rich in Vitamin D i.e almonds, liver, red meat, milk, oil fortified with Vit.D

-if pain persists and increases in severity get a cervical Xray and check vit.B 12 and vit. D levels
