I am 26 years female. I feel upper back burning pain.sometimes it spread to my hand and chest also. I am very confuse that it is muscle pain or bone pain or acid reflux.

Elaborate the nature and localise the pain. Is it unilateral or involves both the hands. Is it accompanied with any palpitations or breathlessnes.? Is it associated with rumination of food.? Is it only burning pain or is it tingling also?
