I get anxiety and sudden urge to call him and cry that why is he ignoring me. I don't want to. I m refraining someway . But don't know till when. I want to get over this. I keep thinking a ll the time which leads to digestive troubles. Gas formation and bloating. I understand that I cannot always plead him to be with me . He should be with me by choice. Almost many girls including you are facing the same problems which are quite similar. When we usually fall very crazy on someone mostly with a boyfriend , we start expecting many things from them. Gradually certain individuals start craving for their affection. In your case you must develop lots of self confidence and make yourself  happy on what time you get to spend with others. Give also time for family friends and studies or other work. Do not lose your self esteem. If you tend to worry a lot then it may be an attachment disorder. It is very important for you to visit a psychologist and they will bring you out of these issues and will guide you on how to be happy and self supportive. Sometimes you may feel very difficult to change your mind, and we people are there to help you out. I have come across many issues like this and been treating both boys and girls. All your statements show the symptoms of depression. Kindly get relevant counselling.
