Period time why so and sometimes my periods on time within 28 days and sometime it takes 34 days why so kindly guide me thanks and regards

Periods are supposed to be regular if coming between 28 days +/_ 7 days.do probably you have ovulatory cycles which are usually painful.so don’t worry but if too painful then please consult online to better understand your problems
