Recently I had earache and took high dose medication prescribed by doctor and since then I feel so unreal. I did yoga for 1 year to fight with my anxiety Panick attack and derealisation and I had got really better. But recently I am back to zero with a Panick attack and stuck with derealisation. Can someone help me what to do? I cannot take medication because I tried already and it didn't work for me. Doing counciling online will help me to cure this forever ??

Hello..It seems you are finding it difficult to accept the reality around you..I would like to know what is causing this fake world perspective around you? Anything in particular you would like to associate it with? Medications have an instant effect that might ease your pain for a small span of time but it’s difficult to continue with medications for lifelong and it cause major Repercussions too.My suggestion for you is to try Counseling with a Psychotherapist it will definitely provide you with Correct vision and direction.Take Care of yourself..
