I don't know what's been going on but
So I don't know what has caused this, but I've been smoking for 5 years. I've quit for the past week because I thought smoking cause my problem but it hasn't. I've recently been having these attacks , I don't know if it's a panic attack, or anxiety, don't know at all. But my heart beats fast, and I randomly get out of breath. My mother told me it has to do with my allergies. But it really has been bothering me, I haven't been able to sleep, I haven't been able to smoke or be relaxed.

Yes smoking is not good whether for whatever reason one smokes...Also you can have anxiety issues unrelated to smoking or allergies..so Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case... regards
