I do not gain Weight
I cannot gain weight even after having heavy diets I eat lots of oily and fat food I eat on time but still problem resist

Hello there. What's your height and weight? You should calculate your BMI and if your BMI is less than 20, only then you should consider gaining weight. Or else it's not required. Have a high protein diet and start strength training excercises in gym so that muscle would increase rather than fat. Regards
