I can hear my pulse sound in my left ear

I am hearing a sound like pulse or heart beat like sound in my left ear.
when I close the ear I don't feel that sound.
the sound is like mild pulse.
please help me what to do.
Is this any big problem?

It can be wax accumulation in ear. Your symptom is called tinnitus. A ear examination is required to rule out wax.
