I bit through my lip

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I bit through my lip and had stitches put in about three days ago. I woke up yesterday morning and most of them came undone and now today ask of them did and i had some blood on my face. The wound id's still very big and i have a huge lump on my lip from when the inside pushed up. Should i be concerned?

Usually there will be some oedema formation after the surgery. Try to apply ice pack over the area for one or two days and even after few days if the swelling is not reduced consult your surgeon
