I am unable to open my mouth fully.
My left jaw was locked. If I try to open my mouth I am getting pain. If I try hard I am suffering more pain.

Get an X ray done of both TM joints. If it's normal start with local Ultrasonic treatment at Joint followed by LASER therapy and mobilisation exercises of TM joint. Consult orthopedic physiotherapist.
