I am suffering with anixety and vertigo
I am 28 year old I have been suffering with anixety from 1 year first I used medication for 3 months I quit for 6 months I was fine after 6 months I got panic attacks again and found out I have vertigo too I was on medication of clonazep wen I get panic and nexito forte and vertin 16 and etizolem proponol for 3 months my husband suggedted now these days I slowly stopped taking those medicines for 2 weeks I was good  from past one week i was feeling head spinning and headache and wrist pain and jaw pain neck pain all i dont know why last week I got panic attack again and I took clonazep and nexito forte I was confused should I have to use those medications or is it okay to quit those medicines and try to calm myself.these pains are making me stress again

Hi, the medicines you are taking should not be stopped immediately but gradually when you do not have any symptom for some months. Also therapy can help you to gradually reduce your medicines once you are confident
