I am suffering sinusitis from past 6yrs,
I am suffering sinusitis from past 6yrs, i consulted ent doctor in 2012 5yrs back after seeing MRI scan he told i have muscle bend in right nose hole and he given some Mexicans at that time after completion of Medican my disease was decreased some what but my nose are not cleared and it block every 4hrs once, then i am started using nasovion nasel drops, it releases my nose blocking ao i used nosovion adult droos daliy 4to5 times..

You seem to be suffering from rhinitis medicamentosa which occurs because of chronic use of decongestant nose drops such as Otrivin. Usually Otrivin can be withdrawn gradually with use of steroid sprays. You should consult nearby ENT specialist for more help
