How do you know it's IBS? May be you have frequent bowel movements with loose stools.

You can take gab Panyoprazole 40 mg before breakfast Isaphghula husk with 2 tsf curd once daily before sleep Drink plenty of water If no improvement in next 5-7 days, start tab rifaximine 400 mg twice daily x 10 to 14 days.
