I have a pain in my left leg due to spine problem called L3/L4 dislocation or due to nerve pressing from back L3/L4, please suggest...... I got to know after MRI, No back pain or some time (very RARE)

It seems that site to a disc herniation at the L34 level is causing compression of a nerve supplying your leg.
This usually responds well to surgery, which involves removal of the herniated disc fragment.
Please share your MRI report.
