I am suffering a headache for the 3 days
Head temple i am having the pain in two sides. Unable to do my daily activity due to headache, I am working in system daily 10 hrs as my profession.

That’s the issue. Take frequent breaks and use screen for glare. Proper desk and working chair. Check ur posture. Sos painkillers.
