8 to 9 am BF along with water, milk/ tea/ coffee
1 to 2 pm Lunch along with water, fresh fruits
4 to 5 pm milk/ tea /coffee
7 to 8 pm dinner along with water and fresh fruits.
10 pm sleep
Her habitual food can be given ,
avoid curd, muri, mixture, biscuits, baked stuffs, or fibre rich like beans, raw veggies, sprouts,
Never do frequent intake of food and water,juice etc.
Add good lipids like ghee filtered oils in fresh hot food .. as Arthritis and Thyroid problem do occur by insufficient good lipids in food..
