Hello There,
There is nothing like "Abortation at Home". Visit to Gynecologist as soon as possible for thorough clinical examination and treatment of Abortation. After USG (Abdo+Pelvis), Gynecologist will decide plan of treatment. If pregnancy is for short duration then Abortion with help of medication only is possible. But if number Of weeks are more then Dilation & Curettage is must. But after all its Gynecologist's call. Plan of treatment is solely depend on Gynecologist.
