I am 29M , 6'-1" tall having good muscular built but have belly fat. My work profile mostly demand for mental work and my physical activity in office is minimal. often try to go either gym or morning walk but due to my stringent office schedule I have to skip that. I sleep for around 6 hrs. I eat consciously. Need support to improve my health.

1. follow small n frequent meal.water intake shd be good.
2.Sleep pattern 6-8hours.
