I am not getting a sleep
I am not in a sleep, even if i go to bed early, it takes at least 2 to 3 hours for me to get a sleep. Please help me to get rid of this. This will be very helpful for me

Hello, Just keep yourselves out of tensions if you have any. Start walking in the morning daily. Listen to your favorite music, have food that you like. Of you're too stressed out with your work then take a holiday to make yourselves refreshed. Do not take any pills that gives you sedation those causes troubles. Try to improve by all the natural methods possible. Thank you
