I am not gaining weight.
I eat more buy then also I don't gain weight. Please help me that what should I do to gain my weight. I am doing graduation and my weight is 38 and I shorter also , I have height problem also my height is 5 inch

Hello, gaining weight needs consistent effort to eat the right kind of food in right intervals in slighly more than required portion sizes. It also matters in what mindset you eat. You must enjoy eating and the way nutrients get into your body to feel the difference. Include nutrient dense foods such as nuts, dry fruits, fresh milk, curd, paneer, cheese, fruits like avocado, bananas, sapota etc. Most important thing is to eat every 2 hours and to also do some strength exercises that will make you gain muscles.
Next Steps
-Drink at least 2 glasses of milk, 2 cups curd and 2 bananas per day -Eat 10 almonds and 10 cashews every day -Add peanut butter, paneer, dry fruits in most of your intake
