I am computer engineer working for a reputable software company. I don't work out or play any sport that I can remember. I eat normal , diet is fine . Can you please suggest a weight gain protein powder which can help me put some weight. Height - 5ft9inch weight - 50 kg.

Hello according to your height your weight should be more than 65kg.
