Hi Consult a psychologist and talk about what is causing you to overthink. Headache and chest pain are symptoms of anxiety. A psychologist will guide you on how to manage anxiety. Do not worry with counseling sessions you will feel better.

It seems like you dealing with anxiety issues. Anxiety can have bio-psycho-social factors, it would be helpful to keep a track of your triggers (things/places/people/situations) that is causing anxiety.

Try to reach out to a psychologist and spend time in therapy to figure ways to deal with the same.
