I am having severe pain while defecating
The pain comes for 10 days every month. I am abke to defecate regularly. Since 2 years, i am having the problem

Mostly Fissure Ano Reason Constipation For prevention and treatment of Constipation Drink lot of oral fluids Lots of fruits, vegetable salads (preferably  1 carrot, 1 cuccunbur & 1fruit with each meals) Avoid non Veg  & extra spicy meals
Next Steps
If recurrent pain then surgery is permanent solution
