Is it safe to have pudin hara for gas pain during 7th month of pregnancy. She is feeling a burning sensation in the chest

Hi the first 3 months is important to take care as this may effect the development of foetus  and related growth. Post 12 weeks there is no such contraindication. You can give her tab. PANTODAC DSR (1-0-1) HALF AN HOUR BEFORE MEAL FOR 5 DAYS. TAB. ZINETAC 150 MG AFTER DINNER FOR 10 DAYS. Feel free to ask any quary. Take care
