I am having pcod
I have taken online consultation with gynaecologist. I have gone under all the tests and result is Pcod . Doctor has given me the tablet Mepeate tablet for 5 days . And griette 35 for 21 days . I am confused now . I ahve take Mepeate tablet and periods came and as per instruction griette 35 has to be taken on 5th of period . Today is my 6th day i m still on period should I take the tablet or not ? And after 21 days should I continue with Mepeate tablet again? Please Suggest

To act as a cycle regulator  ovaral should be taken from day 5 and to act as a contraceptive should be taken from day one of the periods you cannot take it this cycle also the only treatment for PCOD would be to exercise and reduce weight maintain your BMI in the healthy range and your period should be regular
