Hello! Don't worry, 75 percent people experience haemorrhoids at some point of their life. But haemorrhoids look worse than they actually are. Even I fought a long battle with them during my MBBS. Yours is a thrombosed external haemorrhoid. Try following measures. 1. Sitz bath 2. Don't strain while defecation. Respond to nature call. 3. Make your bowel healthy. It's long term process.  Avoid oily, spicy food. Eat soluble and insoluble fibre rich diet. 4. Drink lukewarm water. 5. Isabgol ( psyllium husk) 1 tsp with milk at bedtime for 1 week. 6. Apply external cream for haemorrhoids like shield ointment before and after defecation. 7. Avoid excessive coffee, tea. Caffeine in excess may contribute to constipation. 8. Importantly, remain stress free, u will be fine. All the best.
