Iam having piles from 5years external piles whenever I consult doctors are telling it is very minor there is no of surgery but while bowling it's hurting

Hi dear
Piles surgery depends on what symptoms u have if u are having continuous pain then u can get surgery done.
If u are having constipation and pain occurs while passing bowel due to hard stools then first we need to treat constipation and if the pain resolves then u might not need any further treatment.
