I am having anxiety attacks frequently
Recently j got an anxiety attack couldn't able to breath and had chills and felt death.after taking anxiety pills i felt normal but i dint continued the course and stopped using pills after 4 days and again got anxiety attack before 4 days and took one pill at that day.and today i got anxiety attack again and today i felt chest pain on the right side as well.i am feeling scared why am i getting anxiety attacks more often and should i use anxiety pills continuously.i am feeling very scare

Try to find out the reason of your panick attack. As you described your history it never happens like this You have to rule out some other causes also.

First of all you find out the causes - reasons  of your anxiety,try to rectify them one by one by think positive. Maintain healthy atmosphere,share ur problmes to ur Mom ,sister or ur true  friends ,go for morning walk,do yoga, excercise pranayam,listen music, avoid smoking and liquor if u r taking . Think positive and if u follow them I am sure u r not needed to take any anxiety pills
