15 days is quite a prolonged time. While curd does help, if the problem is not subsiding .. then that probably implies that the causative factor has not been taken care of.
The amount of history you have provided is insufficient. Kindly meet with a General Surgeon who could help you better.

I would suggest you visit a doctor because its a long standing problem now and I think you shouldn't neglect it. till then drink lots of fluids.
