I am getting pain in left testicle.
I am getting pain in my left testicle. am using pain killer paracetamal and brofen but it doest working.when ever touch my left tesicle i can sense swelling of nerves compare to right testicle.

Hi
Pain in testicles can be due to infection, urinary stone, dilated veins or prostatitis.
Get yourself checked by a urologist who would examine you, get some basic tests done and a sonography of bladder and prostate and if need be a Doppler of scrotum.
Dilated veins if large enough need surgical treatment (minor operation).
