You can alternatively also go for a TMT or a stress echo or a stress thallium or a CT Coronary angiography Dr Ashish Srivastava General Physician & Clinical Cardiologist

As you say your ECG has some problem; that needs to be seen. Also, a normal 2D echo does not rule out a heart disease. A lot depends on exactly what kind of pain you are having (heaviness, squeezing, burning, picking etc., with exertion or at rest etc. etc.), what are those changes in the ECG and your clinical examination details. Then accordingly you may be advised a treadmill test before going for an angiography. But as you can understand, for all this first you need to see a qualified cardiologist (DM or DNB cardiology) and then proceed accordingly. Hope this helps. As you said.. You are getting angina pain ( chest heaviness on exertion and relived by rest),With ECG changes.    Resting echo is normal, it is a good the thing. If are are getting angina even after short walk..  Avoid TMT..  And go for Coronary angiography.. May have guided u better , only after ECG report and clear symptoms..
