Hi to lose weight it's important to follow a healthy, low calorie diet alongwith regular exercise for about 45 mins to an hour. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. Include salads, 2 fruits and sprouts in your diet. Take a couple of cups of green tea daily to help boost your metabolism.
