It is normal for the sexual frequency to decrease as age advances. Also due to diabetes,you might experince less sensations and hence low excitement. This is due to long standing diabtes which causes neuropathy, damage to nerve endings which reduce your ability of sensing.
However, i need to know your diabtes medicines and from how long you have diabetes.?
Erection difficulty can be improved.
