I am a skinny guy. Height is 165 weight is 50kg and my age is 17. For muscle gaining i started working in the jym. But only i got is a good shape, but my musclesnot gaining or increasing. I dont like to be get too fat but atleast average fitness i want. But my muscles are not gaining. I felt like still skinny even after going to gym.Is any problm ?
