I am 69 year old male with diabetes
My diabetes is in control but i am feeling burning sensation in my groin area and sensitivity changes from high sensitivity to low at different times of the day. Which treatment is possible.

You should once do urine test to rule out any infection. Sometime in case of diabetes, our immunity can get low and chances of getting infection is high.. try to look for any redness over your groin area.
Always control your sugar and maintain hygiene.
