Hysteroscopy
My mom (48) just had diagnostic hysteroscopy done for uterine fibroids. She had extremely heavy bleeding this month. I have attached the photos sent by the doctor. Have they removed the endometrial lining? If they have, would the next month's bleeding be lighter? Because this month she had to use 8 pads in a day. And the doctor has told her to wait for 3 months before hysterectomy.

Small price you have to pay for advancement of Science.  Your mother should have had sonography, D&C and Pap smear. These three would have given enough information for your further management. And all three put together would have been cheaper than Hysteroscopy.
