Gud afternoon u need to follow a proper healthy diet with focussing on all other aspects of lifestyle modification like exercise, proper sleep, reduce stress by either doing yoga or meditation, drink sufficient water. For increasing vit d in body expose your body for atleast 15mins to sun rays for vit d creation in a natural way inside the body, add on vit d rich foods like milk n milk products like curd, buttermilk etc, eggs with yolk, small fish etc.

Vitamin D deficiency is very common and can be covered with the help of supplements.. You need to consult with a doctor and see if you are having any symptoms of hypothyroidism. I would suggest start homeopathy and a proper nutrition plan to correct your metabolism.
