TSH 66.32 Total Cholesterol 263 LDL 162 VLDL 61 TTL CHOL / HDL COL 5.2 Triglycerides 309 I have been taking the medicines prescribed by a doctor, Thyrox 150mg & Rotin F. But doesn't seem to control my vitals. Please suggest what to do to control my vitals? I do use upright exercise cycle for 20+ mins or 200 cals everyday & increasing by the day. Thank you.
