Hypothyroidism tablet from 25mg to 50mg

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I m 35/f, have been hypothyroidism since 7 years post pregnancy. I was taking medicine as per prescribed by endocrinologist only. My T3 and T4 is under limit but TSH is become 12 from 6.2 now. Plz confirm do I need to continue thyronorm 25mg or move to 50mg now as my Dr is not in town for next couple of months and don't want to change my Dr also.

If TSH is high while taking thyroxin 25 regularly u can increase the dose to 50
