Recently I am diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. My TSH level is 13.51.
Should I first try some natural and home remedy to cure it or should I start taking Thyroxine Sodium tablets from now itself.

Hello sir.
I would you to start thyroxine because your TSH level is very high.
Once TSH comes back to normal you can always try and reduce the thyroxine very gradually.
But as of now I would I recommend that you start using thyroxine tablets.
50 mcg of thyroxine can be started
Next Steps
repeat TSH after 2 months
