My tsh was 8.7 in march and i was taking 100mcg tablet but 1 week ago my tsh was 0.07 and i was taking 25mcg tablet and now my tsh is 0.115 today what should I do??? Should i take 12.5 mcg eltroxin???

Yes as TSH is low u can reduce the dose of the thyroid medicines and repeat thyroid test after 6 weeks.
