My tsh was 10.7 on 2nd june and i was taking 100mcg thyroxin tablet but now my tsh is2.03 today should I decrease my dosage to 25mcg??? My tsh went from 10 to 2 in 2 weeks is it possible???

Are you married? If you are planning for conception don’t change the dosage. Repeat Thyroid profile after 1 month and consult me on Practo. Now take Tab. Calcimax fort daily one after meal. Tab. Thyronorm 100mcg on empty stomach early morning.

Yes it is possible. Will need more information like medical history/ other medications/ method of taking thyroid tablets and why was the test done 2 weeks later.

Yes TSH can reduce in 2 weeks. But for initial TSH 10 your dose of thyroid medicine of 100 is more. So u may need to reduce the dose. Kindly consult with ur reports

Check thyroid profile after 1 week, if TSH decreases below normal than can reduce the dose of thyroxine tablet.
