My mother recently diagnosed hypothyroidism of TSH level 9.1. Is she in dangerous situation? Suggest a good diet for her

She seems to be having a condition known as subclinical hypothyroidism where in T3 and T4 values will be normal with slightly raised TSH. It's a common condition. She may need to take minimal dosage of thyroid replacement tablets
