  4. Pregnant with hypothyroidism. Baby?

My wife is pregnant (mostly 4-5 weeks) with tsh 7 , t3 t4 normal, beta hcg value is still 260. Anti tpo ab >1300 On 50mcg thyronorm medication. Is this something to worry about for my wife and growing baby?
