Hypothyroidism
I am suffering from hypothyroidism for a very long time. I was under medication thyronorm 50mcg tablet for many years. But after I started doing kapalbhati pranayama regularly and checked my tsh it came down to 0.28. I was advised to reduce the dosage to 25 mcg but today when I got it checked my tsh level is 3.1. Is this normal? Should I continue with 25mcg or should I increase the dosage to 50 mcg. I have not stopped doing pranayama
