In female usually the growth finishes by age of 18. But if u are suffering from severe hypothyroidism and stunted growth, and starting thyroid will help ur growth. To asses that can do a x ray of ur hand bones if it’s fused then no growth can be expected.
Next Steps
X ray hand and wrist both hand

Hello.. Hypothyroidism is known to cause delay in bone age.. So when we start treatment that time patient starts gaining height.... But to gain height bone must not be fused otherwise height gain will not be their.. At this age less likely bony epiphyses open.. Still u do one xray left hand with wrist joint and confirm.. But irrespective of height u need to take medication for hypothyroidism bcz it's essential!!!
