Hypothyroidism, can I take triphala
I am 48 years old.  I am taking eltroxin tablet 100 mg daily from 2010 onwards. I have long periods for one year in 2019. I went to doctor. She told that my uterus is normal and gives me iron tonic. I had facial palsy on 2019 Dec. I am diagnosed with hypertension.  My heart beat ihigher in afternoon and night. My hands get numbness during sleep. From 2020 onwards I am taking telpres 40mg. Now my palpitation is reduced and my BP also normal. 118/74. Numbness is reduced. But I feel weakness. Shall I take triphala, how much and how to take and when to take
