Since your TSH has increased we will need to basically increase the dose of your thyroid medications. I would advise you to go back 50 mcg nd repeat the thyroid function test (TSH and T4) after 6 weeks. The dose of thyroid medication is dependent on multiple parameters. I would also advise you to also get done Anti-TPO antibody. You can consult an Endocrinologist close to your location who can prescribe you the required Eltroxin medication.
Next Steps
a) Increase dose of Eltroxin to 50 mcg b) Repeat TSH and T4 after 6 weeks c) Also get done Anti-TPO antibody
Health Tips
Take Eltroxin atleast 60 min before breakfast or other medications.
