HYPOTHYROIDISM DURING PREGNANCY
Hello Sir/ Ma'am, 1.   I am in 2nd trimester of pregnancy (19 weeks). My treatment is being continued at Army Hospital. At 7 weeks of pregnancy my TSH level was  10.75. Accordingly my doctor suggested me to continue thyroid medicine (Thyronorm 100mg) on 1st March 21. After intake the medicine for eight days, on 9th March 21 my TSH level reduced to 0.518. However my doctor suggested to continue to intake the medicine with same dose (100mg). On 31st March 21 my TSH level was 0.015. I had consulted to my Doctor again on 9th Apr 2021 and he had reduced my dose from 100mg to 75mg. But on 19th Apr 2021 my TSH level is still 0.015. 2.  Accordingly, I had consulted with an endocrinologist online on 20 Apr 21. She had reduced my dose from 75mcg to 62.5mcg. However, on 19 May 21 my TSH level is still 0.02. 3.   now I am very concerning about my TSH report.

Your thyronorm dose needs to be reduced significantly and antibody tests are necessary. The goal for TSH in second trimester is 0.5 to 2.5.
